We ensure every product is checked carefully before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Stitched or customized articles are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Unstitched suits can be exchanged only if the product is incorrect or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Articles bought on sale or discount are not returnable.
  • Any product damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only if the requested item is out of stock or replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash/Bank Transfer within 7 working days after approval.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our support team at +92 343 3485743 within 2 days.
  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and pictures of the received product.
  3. Once approved, ship the parcel back to our return address (shared by our team).

Exchange & Refund Timeframe

  • Exchange delivery: 5–7 working days after receiving your return parcel.
  • Refund processing: Within 7 working days after approval.
