Placing an Order

• You can place your order directly through our website by adding your favorite products to the cart and proceeding to checkout.
• Please make sure all information — including your name, address, and contact number — is accurate to ensure smooth delivery.
• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing & Delivery

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
• Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for most cities in Pakistan.
• Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
• Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy, please read our return guidelines below:

Eligible for Return or Exchange

• You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• You must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.

Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
• Sale, discounted, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Color variation due to lighting or screen display is not considered a defect.

Refund / Exchange Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
• If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
